How to use Mirror Effect No. 1 powder?

Apply the powder: Take a small amount of powder on an applicator, sponge, or finger, and gently rub it into the surface of the top coat.

Secure the design: Apply another layer of top no wipe to set the effect and ensure long-lasting shine. Cure under the lamp.
